I am a Bangladeshi American serving as a Board of Trustee representing the Richmond Bangladesh community. I work for the TForce Freight Revenue Management team as a Senior Manager of Pricing responsible for managing yield for the North American SMB segment. I enjoy photography, cooking, gardening and volunteering to help others get ahead of any challenges that they may be facing. Organizations that I have volunteered with are United Way, Feed More, Tricycle Gardens and Habitat for Humanity.

I had the pleasure of joining the AASoCV as a Board of Trustee in 2022. I am a PMP certified project manager working with AdvanSix Inc. I live in Short Pump, VA with my beautiful family. My hobbies are singing, playing guitar, cricket and spending quality time with my family & friends. I deeply enjoy giving back to the community through volunteering, mentoring and charity.

Joydip and his wife Romana moved to Richmond, VA in 2015. Joydip works in the Manufacturing industry and Romana works in Finance. They are blessed with a son and a daughter. Joydip had the honor of joining AASoCV in 2022 representing the Bangladeshi community. He is also a board member in the US-Bangladesh Social Organization. Joydip loves networking with people to learn and to share best practices. He is passionate about leaving a better world for the generations to come.
