Rosario Igharas is the Treasurer of the Filipino American Association of Central Virginia (FAACV) and has held multiple leadership roles, including President and Vice-President. She is a Board of Trustees member for the Asian American Society of Central Virginia and coordinates Sinulog Celebrations for the Visayan American Association. Rosario chaired the Filipino Festival at Our Lady of Lourdes for 13 years and earned prestigious awards for community service and cultural diversity in 2016 and 2017. Professionally, she is the Director of Cyber Security at Virginia529, with over 20 years of experience. She also actively volunteers in various community and educational initiatives.
